My name is Jon, and I am a professional chef, with many years of service and experience in the food and hospitality industry.
I have worked for large hotels and small restaurants and I have been an Instructor in post secondary hospitality education.
My experience ranges from modern, continental and classical cuisine to proper service in a formal dining room and I have built and re-structured existing food operations and made them profitable.
